Eating nuts can help your brain waves

"Researchers reveal eating nuts can help enhance cognitive function, learning and sleep. The study reveals pistachios produce the greatest gamma waves response, and peanuts produce an enhanced delta brain wave response."
Imagine just eating some nuts can not only give you some protein and energy but it can also help you learn  and sleep better. Those green pistachios are sure looking more delectable now. If there is a way to feel more ready to be ready for class and get some actual sleep I am for it.
Pistachios  "produced the greatest gamma wave response, which is critical for enhancing cognitive processing, information retention, learning, perception and rapid eye movement during sleep"
I always knew that nuts were good for  you but the fact they have  antioxidants in them encourages me to visit my local grocery store. Almonds are also good too.
Perhaps in the morning when humans have very little energy, instead of having coffee, maybe having some nuts in morning as a snack or even part of breakfast might help a student regain the information that is taught very each in the morning. Or even at night before bed, have a few nut to help with sleep. Who knew nuts were so good? Go Nuts.

  1. I used to eat nuts a lot last year while on a Ketogenic diet and i did realize i had a lot more energy and i was able to focus better. I actually ate some nuts for breakfast about two weeks ago and was more awake in class that day so maybe ill go back to eating them on a daily basis.

  2. This article is very interesting because I know some people that love nuts and now that I am thinking about it they are much more energetic and sleep much better. I, myself, do not like nuts that much and I am not as energetic and do not get much sleep. I do enjoy some nuts, so I will try to incorporate more nuts into my diet and hopefully see some results.

  3. As someone who is into fitness and maintaining a good diet, this article is good news to me. I knew nuts were great for their protein but I wasn't aware that they had antioxidants in them as well. I will definitely be incorporating them into my diet more.
